Safety
In Voss Fjellandsby your Safety is always our focus.
We recommend all our guests to wear ski helmets. Children under 7 may use the ski resort free of charge if they wear a ski helmet.
Everybody can borrow ski helmets for free in the ski rental shop.
Avalanche Training
All skiing outside prepared ski slopes is at your own risk, pleas use caution while skiing off-piste.
All our staff in the ski patrol are trained in avalanche rescue and we have regular exercises. There are loads of technical equipments for rescueing people from avalanches, but remember the safest one is not to get caugth in one.
First Aid
We train our ski patrol in advanced first aid every year. They also take the ski patrol and safety course which is arranged by Alpinanleggenes Landsforbund.
All our employees have to take a basic first aid course.
